Dealer Application

A dealer application is only required by “retailers" in the electronics industry applying to receive wholesale pricing. (Retailers are considered the following, but not limited to; companies reselling the products to consumers, and contractors or custom installers providing a service along with the products to consumers).

  1. Please provide a copy of your resale certificate, business license, or equivalent. What we are looking for is something that was issued to you by the city, state, or federal government that proves who you are. This is for verification purposes.
  2. Please complete the Dealer Application form. Click here to download.
  3. A State specific form is required for the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Texas, West Virginia, Virginia, and Washington. Please complete the appropriate state resale certificate.
    Download a resale application for:
    The following states do not require a resale certificate: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. But still must fill out a Uniform sales and tax use certificate-multijurisdiction along with dealer application. If your state was not listed in number 3 then please fill out a Uniform sales and tax use certificate-multijurisdiction along with dealer application.

    Note: These certificates are to show what you will be doing with the product and prove you are a retailer/contractor/custom installer, etc. in the event that we get audited.
