Types of Payments Accepted
- Visa ,MasterCard, and American Express credit cards
- Check cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo
- Order will only be accepted from persons who are authorized by the cardholder to place such orders.
Shipping
- All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- All orders F.O.B. Mission Viejo, California
- Residential shipping locations are subject to carrier residential delivery rates, if your order does not qualify for pre-paid freight.
- All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight regulations
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- Refused shipments will incur a 25% restock fee
- Distributor accounts: Distributors will pay for shipping charges
- Dealer accounts: Dealers will pay for shipping charges
- Retail accounts: Avparts.com will pay for ground freight on orders totaling over $25 on in-stock merchandise for product shipped to one location in the contiguous 48 states.
Damages/Claims
- Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from AVPARTS.com. After the shipment is released to the carrier, any damages must be reported to AVPARTS.com within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by AVPARTS.com directly with the freight carrier.
- Any merchandise delivered using a freight trucking company must be opened and inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on bill of lading.
- To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to AVPARTS.com. For assistance, please send us an e-mail
Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from AVPARTS.com prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without a clearly labeled RMA number on the box will be rejected.
- RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
- Returns approved ,at the discretion of AVPARTS.com, in unopened new re-sellable condition will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less 25% re-stock fee within 30 days of AVPARTS.com invoice date. If an item has been discontinued then item, if approved, can be returned within 30 days from invoiced date less 25% re-stock fee at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower.
- Defective returns are eligible for exchange only for same item within 90 days from AVPARTS.com invoice date. Unless otherwise stated in products description
- A copy of AVPARTS.com invoice must be included with all returns. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the manufacturer’s box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive full credit.
- Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for credit.
- Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at AVPARTS.com
- Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeouts items may be returned for credit as per normal AVPARTS.com policies.
